Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered when:
- The software cannot be activated.
- Purchased features cannot be delivered.
- Duplicate purchases occurred.
- Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds generally will not be granted when:
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- The software has been successfully activated and used.
- The issue results from incompatible hardware or operating systems clearly identified before purchase.
- The request is submitted outside the refund period.

Lifetime Licenses

AI Assistant Plans
Due to ongoing service costs, refunds for AI-related plans may be subject to usage review.
